- Postal delivery typically within 5 working days
- Local delivery within 2 working days
Please be aware that during Christmas and other peak periods, delivery may take longer. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control.
Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of ordering.
Currently, we only accept orders for delivery within mainland UK.
Some products are available for local delivery only, as stated alongside the relevant items.
We have a standard delivery charge of £3.99 per order, with the following exceptions:
- BA1 & BA2: Free delivery with orders over £25.00
- SN14 8**: Free delivery with orders over £15
- Nationwide: Free delivery with orders over £45
Payment Options:
Payments for our online store can be made using PayPal, credit cards or debit cards.
We also accept payments over the phone via credit or debit cards.
For local deliveries, payments can be made in advance either over the phone or through our website. Alternatively, payment upon delivery can be arranged with prior agreement.
